Our nationally recognised Diplomas in Early Years, Playwork, Residential Childcare and Adult Care provide staff with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver high-quality care and education.
Learners are supported throughout their journey, with monthly progress reports provided to employers to ensure transparency and ongoing development.
Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeships offer a structured and supported route for staff development, combining practical, on-the-job learning with recognised qualifications.

Free Courses for Jobs
​
As part of the government’s Free Courses for Jobs initiative, we offer fully funded Level 3 qualifications to eligible learners.
These courses are ideal for staff looking to upskill, retrain, or progress — at no cost to the employer or learner. Courses can typically be completed within 12 months, allowing for minimal disruption to work schedules.
Short Courses

Our accredited short courses are perfect for refreshing or enhancing specific skills across your team.
Covering key topics in Health & Social Care and Early Years, they’re delivered online through our easy-to-use platform and can be completed in as little as six weeks, ideal for busy working environments.
Skills Bootcamps
Delivered in partnership with Skills for Care.

Our Skills Bootcamps equip new and aspiring managers with the skills to take on leadership roles and fill key vacancies within your organisation. These short, focused programmes are ideal for developing future leaders and strengthening internal progression pathways.
